To set up your organization's cost parameters, log in to your TransportNomad account and navigate to Settings > Organization Settings. From there, you can input your cost parameters such as cost per kilometer, hourly rates, fuel prices, and other variables. These settings will be applied automatically for all team members in your organization, ensuring consistent calculations across your company.

To import routes from TimoCom, you need to install our TimoCom plugin first. After installation, log in to your TimoCom account, select the route you want to import, and click on the TransportNomad export button. The route will be automatically imported into TransportNomad with all waypoints and details. You can then calculate costs and optimize the route within our platform.

To invite team members, go to Settings > Team Management in your TransportNomad dashboard. Click on "Invite Team Member" and enter their email address. You can also assign roles and permissions for each team member from this section. The invited users will receive an email with instructions on how to join your organization.

TransportNomad automatically identifies ferry crossings on your routes and calculates the time required for these segments. The system separates ferry crossing times from driving times, giving you a clear view of how long the ferry portion will take. It also provides accurate metrics for the driving-only distance, which is particularly valuable for financial calculations and driver planning.

To exclude specific countries from your route, click on the "Route Options" button while planning your route. In the options panel, you'll find a section called "Country Exclusions" where you can select countries you want to avoid. After selection, click "Apply" and the system will recalculate your route to avoid the selected countries.
