Welcome to TransportNomad. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TransportNomad platform, including our route planning tools, Load Planner 3D, cost analysis features, and all related services (collectively, the "Service").
By creating an account, accessing, or using TransportNomad, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
TransportNomad provides a web-based platform for transport and logistics professionals that includes:

These calculations may differ from actual real-world conditions due to factors including but not limited to:
Toll costs displayed in the Service are estimates based on available data and may not reflect current actual toll rates. Toll prices change frequently and vary based on vehicle type, time of day, payment method, and other factors.
Driving restrictions, truck bans, and other traffic regulations displayed in the Service are provided for informational purposes only and may not reflect current regulations. Restrictions change frequently and vary by vehicle type, weight, time, and local regulations. You are responsible for verifying all applicable restrictions with official sources before travel.
You are solely responsible for verifying all information and making your own independent assessments before relying on any data provided by the Service for operational decisions.
To use TransportNomad, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You agree to keep your account information current and accurate at all times.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.
If you create a team or organizational account, you are responsible for managing team member access and ensuring all team members comply with these Terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles payment processing.
When you purchase a subscription, you are entering into a direct purchase agreement with Paddle.com, who will process your payment and handle applicable taxes (including VAT) based on your location.
By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms, which are available at:
TransportNomad is offered as a subscription service with one flat fee that includes all features. Your subscription includes unlimited route calculations and full access to both route planning and Load Planner 3D features.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You will be charged the applicable subscription fee at renewal. We will notify you before any price increases take effect.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. To cancel, please contact us at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with TransportNomad for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or subscription renewal.
To request a refund, please contact our support team or reach out to Paddle directly. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Please note that refunds are not available for partial subscription periods after the 30-day guarantee period has passed.
When using TransportNomad, you agree NOT to:
TransportNomad and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, algorithms, text, displays, images, and the design) are owned by TransportNomad, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.
You retain all rights to the data you input into TransportNomad, including routes, cost parameters, and load configurations. We do not claim ownership of your data.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that may affect your use of the Service.
The Service relies on third-party data sources including map data, fuel prices, toll information, and other external data. We do not control these data sources and cannot guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.
Changes to third-party data or services may affect the functionality or accuracy of TransportNomad without prior notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:
You acknowledge that you use the Service at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information provided by the Service.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRANSPORTNOMAD AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM:
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TransportNomad and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may export your data before termination. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in Poland.
